Sycamore Ridge Golf Club

This golf course is a hidden gem! Absolutely beautiful course and can be a bit challenging, but that'swhy we play this game. Great staff as well! You'll even get a chance at seeing wildlife.

Good course and enjoyable round, but unfortunately the experience was soured by Mitch behind the pro shop desk. Mitch had a dismissive and rude attitude that made us feel unwelcome and confused. It felt less like a check-in and more like he was looking for a reason to argue. Whether it was because he saw some guys in their 20's walk in or something else, he treated us with unnecessary suspicion and disrespect. Does Mitch just treat everyone under the age of 40 like a piece of garbage because in his eyes we're, "sketchy" or "immature?" Despicable behavior from Mitch. I still recommend the course for the quality of play, but be prepared—interacting with Mitch at the desk might put a damper on your day before you even tee off.

Another 5 star golf experience. It's true when they say it's a tale of two nines. The front nine is a shot makers challenge through the woods. Beautiful scenery and elevation challenges. The back nine opens up and fairway bunkers are plentiful. Great conditions, perfect greens. Staff is super friendly.
