Forest Hill Golf Course

One of the best hidden gems near Memphis for a round. Truly if you haven't played here, you should. The course is beautiful and challenging, the staff is courteous, and the price is the best around. The clubhouse needs a little attention and the cart paths are a little rough, but with that said this is my go to course and I would recommend it to anyone

Pretty well maintained. The tee boxes are almost never level where they are set. Course drains well.

Called office to report that the guys behind us were screaming at us and calling us bad names because we used a mulligan on a hole… we had golfers in front of us so we had to wait anyways.. the guy’s behind us threatened us, so we called to report it to the Marshall. The Marshall came and I as I was telling the Marshall what happened, the guys pulled up and started verbally assaulting me.. the Marshall was sitting right there so I said “do you see how they are talking to me”… so the Marshall responded by saying “quit b……. And go on these guys play here all the time I know there not causing any problems”… so I called the office to report that incident and the people in the office said they would order the Marshall to kick the guys out… instead the Marshall come back to us and started calling us names while we were in the middle of putting… so we went to the club house to get it straightened out and they told us they would give us a full refund and we could continue playing… they gave our refund and then changed there story and said we have to leave now. When I told the owner a comment the Marshall made about my weight, the owner thought it was hilarious, he busted out laughing. I felt disrespected by the owner. And absolutely nothing was done to preserve the safety of there paying customers… and I’m well aware of the rule that if you are playing slow you have to let the people behind play through… I let people play through every time I play golf.. we had people in front of us that we had to wait on.. these people are extremely un professional.. the golf course is terrible.. there’s sand all over the green. The food is horrible and over priced.. they are money hungry and that’s why they didn’t kick those other guys out… cause they come play there all the time… So if you go to there business and spend money your allowed to threaten to hurt people.. Thanks for the horrible experience
