It's exhausting to get Member Activity cards renewed every year. Have gone twice and will have to go back a 3rd time and try it again and this seems like it's pretty typical. The offices being open on Saturday mornings when M-F working folks could actually get there, a more convenient location along 71 or, or, or, now hear me out, an online renewal process, would really be helpful.

Don't make the mistake of moving here if you have kids. You'll drive 20 minutes to get to anything from a decent playground to something that isn't fast food. Look at the state of Kingsdale park. Like shooting? Look at the state of the shooting range. POA president makes over $300k a year. Our state governor doesn't even make that much.

I have always had excellent service from the POA. Friendly, and efficient staff. They do need to tighten up on the Airbnb guests, and make them have guest passes, and daily lake passes. Those guests are using the resources we pay for, and live here for. They need to abide by all the rules, just like a resident.
