Vehicle overheating. $1,400 later, vehicle is on the side of the road still overheating. Called, That’s going to cost u more money for us to look at. It’s the 2nd time I was on the side of the road after they told me they fixed it. GM, said he can’t help, wanted to know where I bought it so he can complain to them. I just want my vehicle fixed & meanwhile, they keep telling me all the stuff they did fix. I have records to prove I had to call Ford corp & they charge me for a tow back & corp told me they used the wrong part & I will or should be reimbursed. Honestly, I don’t even know what to say. I’m actually blown away by the $1,400 & still my vehicle went 10 miles & over heated. After I was told the service mgt drove it 20 miles with no issues. Well!!!! Im not stopping here & will continue till I get my money back. I’m also a Combat Veteran & the only reason I’m saying this. They have things with military service & the GM thanked me for my service. This is not the last review I will make. I will stand out in front of this business & let people know what the y did to me. $1,400 & still not fixed & they r ok with it.
Staff is very nice. Always friendly and knowledgeable. I feel right at home at Dequeen Ford. I won't take my vehicle anywhere else!
