Hidden gem of a local course with friendly staff. Course is in good shape, but the rough can be deceptively long on uneven lies. Hard to beat the value compared to other public courses in the area. Clubhouse is under renovation with plans to add a restaurant. Will definitely be back regularly!
It's not crowded. And you could play 9 under two hours. It's no frills and not impeccably maintained. Ball washers unusable. Just bring a towel. Some of the cart paths need repair. Very hilly course. You seldom have a flat lie once you're off the teeing area. No bunkers. Ponds on #1, #5, #8. Great views in the Arkansas hills. Favorite hole is the picturesque, short, downhill par 3 #4. If you're older, it's definitely a course to not walk. The clubhouse is also no frills, but the people are friendly. I'd give it four stars with some course improvements. Weekends: $20 for cart & 9-holes. I initially posted about a rate hike, but I was mis-charged.
Where do I start? All communication with the owners was prompt and above expectations. We had my husband's birthday party there this week, and everything about this little place was exceptional. The food was great! The location and cleanliness were amazing. But what impressed us most was the service. Juston and Sandi were most helpful and made the evening seemless. We love this local grill. If you play golf, the course is nice and both times we were there the course was being played. They are working on putting lights on their driving range and have a great space to watch a beautiful sunset and live music! Wednesday night karaoke! Stop by and give them a try! We also had a great lunch when we went up during the planning process. Five starts given here, but they deserve 10+ stars!!
