Brownstone Country Club & Resort

I've played this course MANY TIMES over the past 10 years,it has always been one of my favorite spots....now the bad(RIDICULOUS)part...I was there on 3-14-25,course was in great shape as always,but my complaint is with the ABSOLUTELY INSANE situation in the snack shop!I purchased a bag of chips($2))and a Gatorade ($3)total price was around $6.41...I asked the attendant working the snack area why was the price as such....she pointed to a sign on the counter that read 15% gratuity on to-go orders...I said"this is not an order from the grill or something you've cooked " this is a BAG OF CHIPS...and she replied Oh ,"you're taking the chips with you"!This was the most ASININE thing I've ever heard of!WHOEVER this new owner is,I hope like hell this IS NOT NORMAL and she simply made a mistake because I don't see any logic in that foolishness whatsoever,and trust me this place will suffer with that nonsense because people will be bringing their OWN FOOD/SNACKS to the Golf course!This may seem "petty" to you,but this is about COMMON SENSE !This is certainly not the way to attract visitors there.....If this is indeed accurate, I will NEVER return,and certainly will "warn" others before heading over there also!smdh🤨

Food was good. It was a little too seasoned for me but my husband liked it. I didn't like the added $24 tip. The customer service from the bartender was great.

I played this course with one of my IG buddies. Nice track, very challenging. I only lost 2 balls. 💪🏽 On a not so great note, the restroom on the course is disgusting. Please address this ASAP! …
