Northark is a small community college in Harrison, AR. It is modern, clean , and well-equipped and there is a wide range of class offerings. The art department is especially impressive. Recruited daughter to play program “fell apart” days before moving in we’re still lied to regarding the handling of remaining players and they were basically left out to dry. Was told during campus tour of higher requirements academically for student athletes by the head coach and not one promise was upheld but they got their money so that is all that matters. My daughter had no time to get through enrollment anywhere else and thus had to stick out the year at a shamble of an athletic department . Coach rarely if ever checked on the players he left to fend for themselves.

I know it’s a community college. But it really does not support students who live far away. Also there is zero intramural sporting events. The gymnasium and tennis courts are open to students but there is no competitive sports to play. Could be a really good school I just feel like there is no support center. And intramural teams would be sick.
