The Greens at Longhills Apartments

Do not rent here if you ever want to have peace of mind. I had roaches all over my apartment despite having a clean and tidy space. The office staff did not provide and help. While living there was multiple incidents of vandalism to cars right in front of the complex. When trying to move in and out the manager was rude and disrespectful. After geting no help from her I went to corporate whose response to any problem was “I can not do anything else about this situation”. Some other issues that bothered me was dog poop all over the complex. Please save yourself the hassle and do not rent here or any Lindsey property.

We recently moved out and am very happy we did. We lived there for almost 2 years. There’s always dog waste left in the grass. Any time maintenance was called to our apartment it’d end up smelling like marijuana. We were blamed by maintenance for a pipe busting behind the shower and into the closet because we had gotten a shower head that had a filter. The vent in our closet was pouring water for about a month, we were never offered a window ac unit until the very end so it was a debate on having water leak into the carpet or deal with no ac and 90+ degrees outside. It ended up leaking on our expensive WiFi router and ruining it. The water from that leak went under the wall and soaked into the bedroom, mold started to grow and they came in to fix the issue, left the mold and a huge hole in the ceiling. Be careful trying to cross the parking lot because people speed through there like crazy, my niece and I were walking across once and someone came speeding around the corner and nearly hit us. Plus the sunroof on my car had been shattered overnight one night.

Its not cheap, but it is for the most part quiet. The 1 Bed and 1 bath is worth what i pay in rent, however they do have issues with dog poop and ice on the sidewalks during the winter months, but other than that it is a nice place to call home regardless of how long you sign the lease for
