My kids love going to this store. My son had his birthday party at the attached bowling lanes and restaurant, "Uncle Bucks," plus the kids just loved the giant aquariums. 5/5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Wonderful customer service throughout the store!! I was looking for a camping grill. The associate working in the area approached ME with a smile, "Hello, may I help you find anything today?" Then escorted us over to camping supplies and helped with questions.
Bass pro s a great a place to go for all your camping needs. We had been looking for a large tent for the family and the selection was great. We had searched at other stores like Scheels without any luck. They have all the things you need.
I am still relatively new to fishing and went to Bass Pro Shop to get a new baitcaster for frog fishing. I had spent quite a bit of time looking at reels when Duane had approached me with help. He was great and very knowledgeable! He took the time to answer my questions while showing me multiple reel options. I went out the store happy with excellent service and of course, a new reel!
