Nice little Lake with awesome beaches and a great place to take the family but the staff is absolutely terrible, every time I call them they have a bone to pick. If you forget your lake pass they throw a fit when it takes two seconds to look the name up and it’s really unfortunate because I know a lot of people the avoid the lake due to them. Could be an fun lake with a great community of people visiting if some better management was brought in to help the process be a little more streamlined.

The lady in the office is severely under qualified for that job. She flat out told me that the person who has a plackard for MY ADDRESS would not give it to me because he just came & got the new one. Then she told me he has multiple addresses on the plackard... So you're telling me I own property here but can't swim??? She was so wishy-washy that I walked away with more questions than answers. EDIT: Pat, is her name and after having to make the person I purchased the land from go down in person to solve the situation, she turned a 10 minute thing into 30 minutes of proving to us that she has dementia or some mental block. She has ZERO clue what she is doing and I am going to see that she never works there again. She refused to give me my plackard because I don't have a vehicle and decided that I will lose it and have to pay $50 to replace it "when" I do. Correct me if I am wrong but if I lose the plackard and have to replace it, that's MY fault and it's on ME. It's not her decision to dictate whether or not I "deserve" a plackard. You are not my mother and I am not a child. Unfortunately for her, she is not employed by the county, which revoked qualified immunity. Therefore, when I sue her, she will pay out of pocket. 2nd edit: I went down there with a Gopro to record the interaction and as SOON as she saw the camera, her whole demeanor changed and was out of there in 3 minutes with my plackcard...

Super cute small town lake!! Best place to kayak and spend time with the family, out of the city and heat!!
