Stardust Golf Course

I’ve come to this golf course in Sun City many times. The condition of the course is always nice and the green fees are reasonable. Today I brought my almost 3 year old son to hit a bucket of balls on the range and everyone was very friendly. I went back in to get a second bucket and the gentleman behind the counter gave it to us for free. Very nice gesture - thank you!

It appears the fairways need water. However, Greens are in reasonbly good shape. Fun course.

Is this really a 5-star course? Maybe not. But I'm giving it 5 stars anyway for being exactly what it says it is. It's a good course at a good price. It is an executive course, so there are no par-5 holes. But it's not a cupcake, either, and some of the par-4 holes have bite. Some of the par-3 holes, too. The layout is nice with some mounding and bunkering. Finally, the conditions were good and the greens rolled true. I didn't really check out the food/drink service, but people were there and seemed to be having a good time. I played with two local women who played the course frequently. (And they didn't mind me playing from the back tees.) Good stuff!
