Lookout Mountain Golf Club

This course offers a fantastic blend of desert and mountain golf, with most holes seamlessly integrated into the natural landscape. While some holes are challenging, the majority of fairways are open, and the smaller-than-usual greens add an extra layer of difficulty. The numerous elevation changes provide stunning views of the surrounding Lookout Mountain area. Be sure to take some photos at the Bird’s Nest between holes 9 and 10. The course was in excellent condition, although the fairways were a bit long, likely due to the early December timing and recent overspending. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the pace of play was excellent, thanks to the starter’s strategy of spacing out groups. I would definitely return to play this course again!

Beautiful fairways and greens. Pin placements require accurate carry distances. Some bunkers would benefit from more sand. The staff puts this place over the top. Friendly. Attentive. Knowledgeable.

The views and course layout were incredible!!!! I highly, highly recommend this to anyone coming to Scottsdale / Phoenix for a golf trip!
