Five-Star Experience at Copper + Rye – A Birthday to Remember! I had the absolute pleasure of celebrating my birthday at Sterling Grove Golf + Country Club, and the highlight of the evening was without a doubt the incredible experience at Copper + Rye. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family. The ambiance was perfect, the food was phenomenal, and the service was beyond anything I expected. A special shoutout to Fred, the General Manager, who went above and beyond to make the night truly unforgettable. Not only did he personally check in on our table multiple times, but he made sure every detail—from the menu recommendations to a surprise birthday dessert—was taken care of with warmth and class. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality set the tone for the entire evening. It’s rare to find a place where the setting, service, and food all come together perfectly, but Copper + Rye nailed it. Whether you’re stopping in after a round of golf or looking for an exceptional dining experience, this is the place. Thank you to Fred and the entire team for making my birthday so special—I’ll be back soon!

I don’t know how this course is not talked about more. Amazing conditions. Great layout. Difficult holes with tricky bunker placements. Greens are very difficult but well kept. Amenities are top tier. Pace was good. Marshall’s actually do their job and very friendly. Very scenic, just not your classic desert course. Reminds me a lot of Raven.
