I bought a golf cart from here two years ago and have driven it only a handful of times. At first, it seemed okay, but we noticed that the batteries were dying on us way too fast. Once I had to push it all the way back home and another I had to leave it behind and re-charge it overnight before driving it back home the next day. I called and they were gracious enough to come and pick it up. I was told that the Navitas system was not set the correct way and that the turbo was causing it to drain the battery too quickly. We got it home, drove it around, and it performed slightly better, but has hiccups where it would stop and roll backwards, with the gas pedal still held down, before picking back up. It nearly slung my wife and kids off the back. The product looked beautiful, but there were issues from the start. I raised these concerns to someone in charge and told them that I would just assume selling it back to them, and take a $1,500-$2,000 loss and give them back their product in the same exact condition it was sold to me, and I was told that could not happen. I would have to trade it in for some other golf cart from a business that already lost my trust. Now, I have a beautiful, seemingly worthless, garage space occupier that I fear to put my family on and my conscience will not allow me to sell it to another family. Oh…. and it was a Christmas gift two years ago for our little family. The anniversary of us buying it prompted me to write this review so that others do not make the same mistake that I did.

Very friendly. Everyone we dealt with there was super nice. They have a great selection of carts too.
