What people say about (Eagle Rock Thrift N More)

Kelly Clark

I usually support thrift stores because of their mission, but this one left a really bad impression. While shopping, I couldn’t help but notice employees being made to do tasks completely unrelated to running the store, some were doing chores that seemed more like janitorial or maintenance work than anything to do with helping customers or keeping the place organized.Even worse, I was there for hours and saw how exhausted they looked, clearly overwhelmed by things they shouldn't have to deal with. It was uncomfortable to watch, honestly ,it looked more like a punishment than a job. It really changed the whole vibe of the shopping experience. If management doesn’t respect their staff’s time and well-being, that tells me all I need to know. Do better

Prices too high for items to have been given to them. Prices are like an antique store. Prices on these items are marked for no discount. Also priced at collector book prices. I can find cheaper at a yardsale

if lower income people can't afford to buy clothes and necessities at your thrift store you're doing it wrong. Pricing is sky high, near or at market value
